CIAM renovates its offices: design, functionality and comfort by LAS

CIAM S.p.A., a leading company in the HO.RE.CA. sector, has recently completed a major office renovation project at its headquarters in Petrignano di Assisi. The initiative, strongly supported by CEO Federico Malizia, aimed to align the work environment with the company’s brand identity, focusing on contemporary design, acoustic comfort, and operational efficiency.

The renovation covered a 1,600 sqm area spread over two floors, reorganized according to the latest space planning principles. The spaces were redesigned to foster collaboration and improve internal and external communication, combining open-plan workstations, phone booths, meeting rooms, and executive offices laid out strategically to enhance privacy and productivity.
